This is a review for Melt office of Dr. Nima and his staff. I contacted Dr. Nima office to schedule Lipo 360, neck and arms lipo with Morpheus 8. I went to Dr. Nima for Lipo 360 and all I can say is wow! My major concern was my upper back and bra roll and boy did Dr. Nima deliver the results. I had the pleasure of having some procedures performed by Dr Nima yesterday. And let me tell you, I am so blown away already with my results. First, Dr Nima is the kind of physician that we all hope to have. He’s very attentive and really listens to your wants and needs. His bedside manner is great as well. I had Lipo360 and Renuvion performed by Dr. Nima about 6 weeks ago. I was really nervous going into the procedure as I knew I would be awake, but Dr. Nima and his team made me feel so comfortable and eased all my worries. He made sure to tell me what he was doing and what to expect during the entire procedure. My results (even just a few days after the procedure!) have been nothing short of amazing - and they continue to get better and better each week! I’m so grateful for Dr Nima and his amazing staff. They all were fantastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. I’m so thankful to have found them. What happens during the procedure?

During the procedure, a diluted local anesthetic is injected into the targeted areas. This causes the fat cells to swell, making them easier to remove. A small tube is then inserted to suction out the excess fat, leaving the skin tighter and more contoured.

Addressing Concerns After Tumescent Liposuction

After tumescent liposuction, it’s normal to experience some swelling, bruising, mild discomfort, and temporary numbness in the treated areas. You may also notice some fluid drainage from the small incision sites for the first 24–48 hours. These are all expected parts of the healing process and typically improve with time. Wearing your compression garment as instructed and following your post-care guidelines will help speed up recovery, minimize irregularities, and ensure optimal results. If you experience any unusual symptoms or have concerns, always contact your provider for guidance.

Will I lose my sense of feeling where I have the injections?

It’s normal to experience some temporary numbness or tingling in the areas treated with tumescent liposuction due to minor nerve irritation. Most patients start to notice their sensation returning within a few weeks, with continued improvement over a few months. Full recovery of feeling can take a little longer in some cases, but permanent numbness is very rare. As your body heals, any odd sensations are usually a positive sign of nerve recovery, and your provider will be available to support you if you have any concerns.

When is it safe to have another treatment?

Most patients can safely consider another tumescent liposuction treatment once their body has fully healed from the first procedure, which typically takes about three to six months. This allows time for swelling to completely resolve and for your final results to become visible. Every patient’s healing timeline is a little different, so it’s important to have a follow-up consultation with your provider, who can assess your progress and recommend the best timing for any additional treatments.
